Stories In Trance present to you SIT 160 by I5land with the two track single Xanthokon.

Heading the release is the original mix. Czech producer Ludek Simcik (under his now familiar and well regarded I5land moniker) follows on from his last appearance on SIT - his excellent remix of Soundwave's Chasing Dreams (SIT 154) - with a fantastic new creation. His use of deep low-end power whilst keeping a melodic and energetic feel is nothing short of superb, additionally served by well defined piano layering and an ever evolving structure throughout. Another stellar effort from I5land to add to his impressive discography, and one we are proud once again to showcase here on SIT.

The other half of the release comes in the form of a superlative remix from Soundwave. Italian producer Adrian Iamandei follows on from his remix of Craig London's Dunes (SIT 158) with this great rethink. He masterfully blends the energy of the original mix with a more progressive feel, mixing superb atmosphere and brilliant use of the lead melody with excellent production finesse. Another excellent production from Soundwave which perfectly shows off his pure talent and creativity.

Another release that once again shows why Stories In Trance is the most diverse and individual label in trance. Always driven by the ideals that we started out with and our ever keen attention to detail, we encourage freedom of expression from all involved in our projects. SIT 159 Airborne Angel - One Edge EP

Stories In Trance are delighted to offer up SIT 159 by Airborne Angel with the four track One Edge EP.

Airborne Angel (Gustaf Westin) will forever be held in the highest regard by all at SIT, with his track Apollo starting our label's journey in superlative style 8 years ago back in the summer of 2010. His fantastic work continued to grace Stories In Trance over the years and was met with acclaim from DJ's, fellow producers and trance fans alike. After his sensational return to SIT with The Arctic Sunrise EP (SIT 148) he's back again with another superb four track offering.

Up first is the original mix of One Edge. This track is unmistakably Airborne Angel, expertly blended with some new production touches alongside a truly uplifting and euphoric lead melody, resulting in what is sure to be among the best tracks of 2018.

Secondly is the Extended mix of One Edge. As the name suggests this is an extended version of the original. The addition of a longer pre and post break gives the track a more complete feel and certainly makes it a lot more 'DJ Friendly' for all you disc jockeys out there, as this track is a must in any set featuring tracks at 132 BPM.

The third part of the EP is the Original mix of Again. This track is once again pure Airborne Angel and nicely illustrates his creativity and diversity as a producer. A fantastic lead melody is combined brilliantly with a beautiful atmosphere, driving low-end power and energetic percussion.

The final part of the EP comes in the shape of the Brake Force Edit of Again. More of the same Airborne Angel excellence, the instantly recognisable lead melody set against a more uplifting style than the original version, this is something truly special indeed. Captivating right from the start with an ever developing structure, brilliant atmospheric layering punctuates the euphoric climax of this track perfectly. This EP will certainly be one of the best releases of 2018 and is something we are very proud to showcase on SIT.

The second half of 2018 begins with Chapter Fifty Four, and the fifth episode of the year features some absolute sublime modern tracks and remixes. Let me hit you with the specifics: kicking off with the newest release on SIT - Airborne Angel and his own excellent Brake Force remix of Again, Exolight & Suncatcher with a brand new beauty, 4 Strings, a lost gem in Nitrous Oxide's remix of Signalrunners, the superlative Breaking Ties from Above & Beyond, a world first exclusive play of the next release here on SIT from key player I5land, Ferry Corsten & Haliene, Craig London on full power again with his Dunes, Overtone Vs Nash & Pepper, and S.H.O.K.K tearing it up with his mix of Dreams 2018 to wrap.

Stories In Trance are proud to showcase SIT 158 by Craig London with the three track single Dunes, including the Original and remixes from Soundwave & Abide.

Up first is the Original mix. Craig follows up his recent remix of Soundwave's That Beautiful Morning (SIT 157) with another stellar creation. Expertly combining a melodic and energetic feel balanced perfectly with brilliant atmospheric and emotive vocal layering to give this track a superb uplifting aura. Yet another piece of trance brilliance for Craig's impressive catalogue of productions. 

The first of two remixes comes from Soundwave. Italian producer Adrian Iamandei follows on from his double a-side That Beautiful Morning / Star12012015 (SIT 157) with this great remix. The track creatively blends energy alongside superb atmosphere and brilliant use of the lead melody with excellent production finesse. Another fantastic uplifting trancer from Soundwave to continue his awesome production form.

Rounding off this release is the Abide remix. Hailing from Slovakia, Abide makes his fourth appearance on SIT and builds around his now well honed uplifting style whilst adding his own creative touches to the piece. He uses the lead to great effect, perfectly complimenting the euphoric feel of the original with beautifully subtle piano layering.

Stories In Trance present SIT 157 by Adrian Iamandei with the four track double a-sided single That Beautiful Morning / Star12012015.

Italian producer Adrian Iamandei serves up two new originals under his own name, which follow on from his last release Now Or Never (SIT 155), and first up we have the Original mix of That Beautiful Morning. This track expertly blends energy alongside superb atmosphere and a brilliant lead melody with excellent production detail. Another fantastic euphoric trancer from Adrian Iamendei (AKA Soundwave) to maintain his recent creative hot streak.

Supporting that is the Craig London remix. Craig follows on from his recent double a-side Flying In The Wind / Faces (SIT 156) with this absolute cracker of a remix. Craig's now customary production excellence combines a melodic and euphoric feel balanced perfectly with brilliant atmospheric and emotive layering for a truly inspired take on the original.

Star12012015 is the other half of Adrian's original pairing on this release. This time, showcasing his wide production range by skilfully weaving a beautifully evocative lead melody into evolving layers to create a truly stunning progressive atmospheric track. Ardent followers of SIT and Soundwave might notice a similar feel to this piece to one of Adrian's early releases with us - Lost In Dream (SIT 27) - and further proof that the range of natural ability in his locker is genuinely worth paying attention to. 

Finishing off the release is the Soundwave remix of Star12012015. This remix under Adrian's more familiar Soundwave alias takes the track down his more customary energetic and uplifting route with excellent results. Using the definitive lead melody and overall great feel of the original and blending it superbly with an aggressive and euphoric tone this is a euphoric trance masterpiece.

As 2018 settles into its stride, Chapter Fifty Three follows on in similar vein to the previous Chapter by presenting more of the very best modern tracks and remixes.
