Stories In Trance are delighted to offer you SIT 171 by Triumvirate with the two track single Still Glow The Embers (Re-Ignited). Originally released in spring 2015 the track gets a sensational new remix for 2020.
And so, here it is, the Edelways remix. Russian trance star Edelways (Arut Anastasyan) makes his second appearance on SIT following on from his epic remix of Airborne Angel's Star (Relit) (SIT 166). This latest appearance on SIT serves up something truly special indeed with this superb reworking of this modern trance classic. Building from the unique brilliance of the original and blending with his own production finesse, the end result is a real standout track. Beautiful feel, brilliant melodic evolution, fantastic atmosphere, fabulous structure and exceptional reinterpretation of the lead melody all amount to what is surely one of the best tracks of 2020. This is a stormer, absolute trance perfection!
The second part of this double header comes in the shape of the original mix from 2015 for anyone who missed it. This track has a grand feel right from the start, powerful, energetic and emotional, this track has it all. Every single second of this piece of music is vital to the overall dynamic, no time wasted, every moment captivating. Rich, deep low end power provides the underpinnings which are complemented by sweeping saws and arps, a stunning piano layer, and aggressive, ever evolving percussion provides the garnish all beautifully complemented by the emotive vocals.
